As children, we were curious little beings who explored with all of our senses. We created from our imaginations with whatever tools and materials we could grasp and without any proof that it would “work”. It didn’t matter. We were happy to be absolute beginners, fearless about creating.
Yet, as we grew, we encountered the critics and the judges. We began seeking to please others. We conformed. We became concerned about time, and play and exploration were sacrificed… eventually, maybe, we had no time.
